There are the pink railings that come with the pink-and-blue loading bays. There are the pink urinals where you must protect your nostrils whenever you pass by it. Then there are those abstracted geometric shapes posing as art, which competes with the misplaced vines creeping up underneath the bridges and the MRT (and one can wonder how they grew and remained green, considering the intense pollution they absorb everyday). If that wasn’t enough, pink lines will now dissect EDSA, as if the yellow and white lines haven’t done enough.
Really, how ugly can Metro Manila get?
Which is more ugly? metro manila before or metro manila now? I know deep in your heart which is which…
Well mac, I really wouldn’t know. I didn’t get to see Metro Manila during the 70s or the 80s so I can only talk of the Metro Manila that I know now.
